"I completed my half marathon yesterday, 2 hours 3 mins! I loved your program, it’s the first time I’ve ever been consistent in training. I enjoyed the relaxed style of the program. It told me how far and how often I should be running and with some options to add in speed work, etc. but it wasn’t too prescriptive so if I had a day I wasn’t feeling like running I’d switch around and do the shortest run of the week that day.
